Refunds and returns Policy
REFUNDS. The Hosts shall not provide a refund due to a shortened stay and/or poor experience that resulted from unfavorable weather conditions, an Act of God, any loss, expense, personal illness or injury or anything outside the control of the Host. CANCELLATIONS. Please advise us right away by e-mail, text or telephone should you need to cancel your reservation once it has been confirmed. If it is possible to reschedule your vacation within one year, we will reschedule with you at no additional charge with 45 days notice. The full rental price must be paid in full at the time of rescheduling. -Bookings canceled 45+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. -Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. -Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are forfeited unless the reservation dates are re-booked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
